 – it's up to you!\n\nWhen is it?\n\nEvery Saturday at 8:00am.\n\nWhere i
 s it?\n\nThe event takes place at 248 Esplanade\, Seacliff\, SA 5049. See 
 Course page for more details.\n\nWhat does it cost to join in?\n\nNothing 
 - it's free! but please register before you first come along. Only ever re
 gister with parkrun once and don't forget to bring a scannable copy of you
 r barcode (request a reminder). If you forget it\, you won't get a time.\n
